Can you make it float on other applications?

This is the best TALLY tool! Very user-friendly. Touch ANYWHERE on the screen and the counter are incremented. Another useful option would be to have Tally SPEAK OUT after a predetermined count interval. This way I don't have to be looking at the screen to see if the preset count has been reached. KUDOS Sean!
