I wasted my money because of inaccurate information. No uninterrupted voice recording / listening. It ends suddenly between words because of micro seconds gaps

It always shows "Loading subscription details" when I open the app. Not opening. Luckily it opened for 1st time. I tried to open it for so many times. No use. I am uninstalling this. It works for the first time when I re-install the app. Again the same issue. Apart from this issue. The app is good. Due to this, I can't even open the app.
