I decided to write and share my experiences about tangem for others and CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEVELOPER, CEO of tangem I had a lot of useless tickets for different cases without any solution, for SOLANO, BASE tangem working well but for BNB, ETH lot of time loading problems, can't synchronize and UNREACHABLE for send, receive and KEEPING ok, FOR PROVIDERS TRANSACTIONS SUPPORT IS WORST 2 PENDING TRANSACTIONS I LOST ALL, LACK OF PROVIDERS, DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSACTIONS YOU SEE & RECEIVE, NO CONTROL.

Wallet Connect for SUI returns “unsupported.” I cannot remove liquidity or transfer the object. Tangem support confirmed they do not support NFTs or complex objects on the Sui network and offered no solution or timeline. I’ve already moved all my other funds to my other hardware wallet, but this $6,000 position remains inaccessible because of Tangem’s incomplete SUI support. For a hardware wallet that promotes itself as reliable and user-friendly, this is unacceptable. Use DeFi = Avoid Tangem.

Needs XMR support. XMR is in the top 18 cryptos...Meanwhile, Tangem has support for lots of other trash tokens, but no XMR and no DGB support. Please add XMR and DGB, then it'll be a perfect 5-stars for me. Token support is a major aspect of your product's usefulness. Many people have been asking for these tokens in Tangem for many years now based on my research. In the meantime, I basically have to go buy one of your competitors products because they support XMR and DGB. Thanks for the support.
