It was absolutely horrifying when the Lady at the customer care told me that although I had bought 24 carate Digital Gold, but if/when I go for redeeming the same into physical Gold, instead of 24 carate gold they will give me 22 carate gold. So everyone bewares of this scam. I'm stopping any further purchase of Digital Gold through the App. Even after purchasing for an extended period when u want to sell total holdings u will be paid less than you hold

I’ve trusted Tanisha for years, but their Digi Gold feels like a complete scam. Buying is easy, but the moment you try to sell especially when gold prices are high the app throws fake errors like “PAN mismatch.” Customer service is useless, and withdrawals take forever. The whole system feels designed to trap your money. Don’t fall for it. This is a total scam and their customer service is soo pathetic. This was not thr first time whenever I tried to withdraw I couldn't.
