Have placed multiple orders, but I asked about a plant that I received with pests, and it wasn't in their 24-hour window, when I asked about a previous plant I was told 15 days by her in the email. I said that I wouldn't be ordering again, and they blocked my email my account everything. I wasn't rude or belligerent. Shows what type of business they are when they find out they won't be receiving your money. Glad I won't be now. :)

Everything was good until it wasn't. Asking questions as a new member gets the new kid in middle school treatment. Communication is not their best asset. 2 stars because of the exposure to a wide variety of plants and the packing department's 98% job. Overall, if you expect respectful treatment, stay quiet. I only lasted about six weeks, spent close to if not more than $1,000 on plants and shipping. Every question I had was met with rude, condescending responses and little accountability. NOPE
