Love getting been able to use tap a taxi use it for work 3 times a week minimum. Usualy get lucky 13 always making sure to collect when working. Had anna today which was my second time riding with her, and she was amazing. Thank you for your hard work guys.

Have been using it for the past year. Easy to use, and schedule ahead of travel. Especially if you have a train to catch. The drivers are always friendly. The only glitch is that it does not catch my address, and they come a bit far from my location. Just had a ride with the lovely Anna, and she was very helpful.

Utter nonsense...allows u 2 attempt 2 books a cab yet will not confirm it. Taxis shown live on app Just vanish....unable 2 book....complete waste of time. Uninstalling. They don't want MY MONEY. Am in Carlisle & u can't guarantee booking a cab even from a different company in rush hour or peak times...i.e fri/sat...weekdays 4/5pm....absolutely useless for a small city with over 5 cab firms....buses are way worse. Am gunna have 2 grow wings & fly me thinks....good luck getting transport home

Installed app, create account, prebook a taxi, booking got canceled 5 mins later. I'm now deleting account and uninstall app.

Registered, got link to verify email and log in, now saying password incorrect but know it is correct as only registered 2 mins earlier ...not even a link to reset or a contact
