★★☆☆☆ Uninstall and reinstall game claims Google and cloud support all game progress was lost thanks 😁👍

★★☆☆☆ AFK timers don't progress anything but gold, so no gem earning while not tapping phone. 9 hours played and have made 1/4 of the premium gems for a single S class hero, there are much higher tiers. S class or higher heros required to even join raid. $7 USD for enough gems for one S class. Multiple needed of higher tier to do even remotely acceptable in the raid. So after simple math, 32 hours per S class, and 6 heroes minimum, makes that 192 hours played just for entry level raiding, or $63 USD.

★★☆☆☆ Confusing as hell when it comes to upgrading. Not allowed because you haven't reached "certain upgrade levels" but can't figure out what those levels are, cash grab, PAY, PAY, PAY, PAY, to win

★★☆☆☆ I spent a ton of cash on this got a new device and it's all gone even after loading cloud data.
