Good app, convenient, but please not the CANNOT help you refunding anything, they just tell you to "go to the bus or train station to do it", which doesn't make any sense because the point of using such an online booking platform is to AVOID going to the bus station beforehand.

International credit cards not working over the past month. Additional costs on the confirmation screen instead of displaying them upfront when booking trains. We then managed to pay a ticket of ours, but it still got canceled. Two weeks in but still didn't get the money back. Call centers only speak Mongolian. Just get your tickets at the train and bus stations if possible.

The app is good overall, but it's inconvenient that the wallet balance can only be used for in-app purchases. Please allow users to transfer or withdraw their balance — it would make the app much more user-friendly
