TapakRun is a construction simulation game about the real job of a site engineer in Malaysia. Build from empty land to key handover, chase the schedule, keep your crew safe and finish before LAD (liquidated damages) eats the profit.

EVERY DECISION HAS A PRICE
Add water to the concrete? Push night overtime? Stop work because the scaffold isn't safe? Report an accident honestly — or cover it up? Choices show who pays: the company or your own wallet. Ignored problems come back bigger.

NIGHT OVERTIME & SITE MYSTERIES
Work past 5:30 pm under floodlights for 1.5× OT pay — but fatigue and darkness raise the risk. And some nights, strange things happen on site…

KNOW WHY THE PROJECT IS LATE
The day report shows your payslip, maximum bonus and what you lost. "Kenapa lewat?" breaks every late day down by cause, so you know what to fix. Keep your site diary to claim EOT.
