Please don't get rid of this platform. This is the best manhwa app I have ever used. I've spent hundreds of dollars here. I don't want to lose all this content. I've always known thay any manhwa I want to read will eventually show up on this app, so I don't read them on illegal sites and just wait. Please don't do this.

For 3 weeks now, I haven't had access to the daily gifts, the fortune cookie, or the Thursday Trivia. I tried to contact Tapas directly and haven't heard a word from them. I'm very disappointed about this, so I have dropped the stars down to 4 stars. If this is ever fixed, I'll put it back to 5 stars.

Man this was my first read, and I grew up with it sense middle school, and it sucks that it's shutting down without telling anyone (I found out through a comment on one of the stories). I'm very sad that It's about over and not knowing if I'll find the stories that I've been reading / want to read anywhere else. It was a nice ride while it lasted.

★★★★☆ Brandon Pecor · Sep 14, 2026

It's a great reading app, and I've fond plenty of ones I've seen videos on YouTube and I hope I can find more of those soon. But what happened to the once a week free fortune cookie for ink? It has disappeared for me a couple of weeks ago, please bring it back. I hope this app continues being good and make sure surveys to earn more ink don't ask for personal information too many of them do that and surveys are supposed to be simple and not ask those kinds of questions and only ask opinions on them.

Downloaded Tapas to read more mature series (iykyk). The Gifts tab used to be more personalized, giving you 'gift episodes' every Saturday and free ink every Monday. That tab exists in word only now with the 'gift episodes' now having moved over to the Messages tab and without the personalization. Even the read to earn ink feature only exists on series you have to pay for anyway. Tldr; don't bother wasting your time/ money, download another comics app instead...

I used to think this was the best app but if they're getting rid of their free ink events then it'll have to switch to Tapton since they have a surprise ink bonus everyday
