Great app, up until they decided to freeze my account for "abnormal profits". I couldn't withdraw, or make trades for 2 weeks. They also closed out my trades that would have been in profit. Those trades never hit an SL and I had double the margin in my account, so there was no reason for them to close. Finally, got my money out today after over 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service. Don't recommend this exchange.

If you have assets that drop below $10 it becomes frozen, you can't move it, convert it or withdraw it. I foolishly allowed multiple tokens to drop below $10 but added up to $100s, and I can't do anything with it.
