Edit: would be nice if support for Degoo and other cloud services were supported. The main-stream providers are not only unsecure, but also expensive. Great features, and an upload to cloud storage (a few of the major services are supported). The recording limit is unlimited as well. Everything that I'm looking for in an recording app. I definitely recommend.

Today 4/26/23 LOST ALL MY CURRENT RECORDINGS WHEN I CHANGED TO PHONE STORAGE I AM PISSED AND WILL BE UNLESS I CAN FIND MY RECORDINGS. I WAS GETTING R EWW ADDY CO-TRANSFER THESE TO LAPTOP AND THEY ALL MISSING. WHAT TO DO. I WILL RANK APP A 1 OR LOWER IF POSSIBLE Is I DO NOT GET MY RECORDINGS BACK

While using the app the Pause button doesn't work. While using the widget pressing pause causes it to shut down: "Tape-a-Talk Pro keeps stopping". Well, perhaps I'll give it a try with another phone. Edit: It didn't work any better on another phone. The problem seems to be that pause stops working if the app is linked to OneDrive. It also refuses to actually link to either OneDrive or Drive. Onedrive just doesn't work, Drive politely tells the reason: the possibility of a data breach.

Can't share a file, crashes app every time. Cant find the files in the Internal Storage path. /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/name.markus.droesser.tapeatalkpro/files is empty. Search by filename with Google Files yields no results. This is useless!!! Also, I can't change the path, all the related items are greyed out, not changeable by a user. Why did you break this? Apps that force using app only directory use one in the ./user/. Level, and one a normal person can remember.
