★★★★★ So far so good! Unlocking via Bluetooth is a breeze. I like how the lock sycs the access log via users that unlock with their smartphone. I only wish that the lock would also sync its status (primarily: battery level) to the Lock's info page.

★★☆☆☆ Although, tap key lock is good, but support team is very annoying. They don't even bother to reply. Documentation is the only support you can have. So think twice before buying it.

★★☆☆☆ IDENTITY THEFT! DO NOT GIVE YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT. APP DOES NOTHING! Try "NFC Tag Wallet", "NFC Re Tag" or "DoNfc"

★★☆☆☆ Clunky, pain to install, pain to use. Update, now I got locked out of my office because the stupid app keeps asking me for my passed (yes I am typing in the correct username/passed, because if I get them wrong, the app will display an error). I sent Tap key support a video of the problem, but they were no help. A key (physical or electronic) is a key, if it can't open the lock it's useless! I am now trying to get the property manager to get the tap key lock replaced with a mechanical one
