Updated. To anyone thinking or getting this app...do it. It's amazing plus the support is swift, super helpful and very professional. Had an issue, and they worked to get it fixed asap. 5 stars is not enough😊😊😊 Updated. Thanks so much for your response. I really love this app, but I'm still having a booking issue. Clients able to book on sunday but not on Monday even though the selected work dates are correct. Pls assist with this. 2. I need to change my review back to a 5 star as soon as I can get some help. Hoping to get someone in supports attention. I'm having trouble with my online booking. I have tried reinstalling the app. Pls help. I'm using this app for my business and the problem is messing me up. I have contacted via email and Facebook...no response yet. 1. I love this app. The one issue I have is that it doesn't let me access/transfer contacts, that would be awesome if I could just add my clients from contacts in my phone. Otherwise, love it. Will definitely be paying for it after the 50 free appts. I've added my client info and love the fact that I can view my finances etc. Perfect for a nail tech!

I have a mobile nail business and Tap Nail has worked very well for me. Almost all of my business' information is in one place along with details and pictures of my clients' services. It works without internet which is necessary here in our mountain community. Updates with new features happen often. I definitely would recommend Tap Nail to any nail tech.

Been using this app 4 years paid every month, we just want to move the data from android to ios, the ios not working when data sync its don't show customer booking online, we have over 7000 customer data. We request that export customer data for our business to import data to ios. They don't or can't do it. We just want .csv file to import to ios still using same app, and didn't have any reply from them after few message conversations. Please read request (1855) you will understand.

I have had to edit my review after having used this app for a couple of years now. It has been a great app. However the last few months I have had a lot of trouble with the online booking. Clients will book, but I get no notification, some have even said they can't book online. Then the biggest shock to me was from the beginning of this month the app started using over a Gig data a day running in the background. I sent an email however almost a week later still nothing from the support.

Have to pay for license to make this even usable This seems like a free app but It's actually $15. It can back up and sync via Dropbox on multiple devices which is great. I love the setup and how customizable this is. I spent all day setting this up and entering my clients and schedule. Once I had 40 appointments added, it stopped me and said I had to buy the license ($15/month) to add anything else. On top of that, you can't enter info via a website. What a waste of time. I'll stick to Style Seat. Its totally functional and free.
