How do you tell me to use the phone number to log in, and there's nowhere in registration where I was asked to input my phone number. Mind you, OTP is supposed to be sent to verify my credentials. The onboarding user experience is bad from start.

This is the worst crypto junk I've ever encountered. Every time a Pop-up screen demanding app update even after installing it afresh. Everything on the app is lagging, it is past 3 hours since I deposited USDT in the exchange, yet it doesn't reflect even after confirming the wallet and memo are correct. They have poor support team, even after trying to reach them through Twitter no support.
