I signed up my organization & purchased around 12 Tapt cards. I am now shocked to find the demand a $99 fee annually to manage users. We did not agree to this when we signed up. BEWARE!

The app doesn't keep me signed in. When I close the app and reopen it I need to relink my digital business card again by tapping it. I'm also unable to update my profile, although that may be some restriction set by my business (I wish the app would tell me if that's the case). In all the app isn't terrible, but there's very little troubleshooting information and support out there.
