Taskative - Team Task Manager

Taskative — the task manager built for teams who need structure, not complexity.

Create groups, assign tasks, and track progress in real time. Whether you manage a retail store, a cleaning crew, or a small agency — Taskative replaces sticky notes, spreadsheets, and group chats with one organized workspace.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a group and invite your team.
2. Assign tasks with deadlines, priorities, and clear instructions.
3. Track progress on a shared calendar — see who's doing what, and when.

KEY FEATURES

Create Tasks in Seconds
Just a name and a date. Expand details only when you need them — no endless forms, no clutter.

Group Collaboration
Create groups, invite members, assign tasks. The only free task app with real team collaboration built in.

Reminders That Actually Work
Get notified on assignment and before deadlines. Works in background, works offline, works every time. No silent failures.

Reusable Task Templates
Build task templates for checklists, SOPs, shift routines, or maintenance tasks. Assign them in one tap — stop recreating the same task every day.

Shared Calendar View
Visualize all tasks, shifts, and deadlines in one place. Spot what's due, what's overdue, and who's responsible at a glance.

Task Comments
Add context directly inside tasks — instructions, updates, and clarifications stay where they belong.

Recurring Tasks
Automate daily, weekly, or monthly schedules so nothing falls through the cracks. Perfect for shift planning and routine management.

Checklists Inside Tasks
Break tasks into steps. Track completion progress visually.

Home Screen Widget
See today's tasks at a glance. Check off tasks without opening the app.

Works Offline
Create and manage tasks without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
