Great app for getting help in seemingly unlimited topics. The only issue I've encountered is choosing an unreliable coach, but that only happened once out of three coaches, so take that for what it is. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

I am working as a YOGA coach with TH. I have seen such a good working culture and supportive Team. it's an amazing platform for coaches and clients. Clients always have the opportunity to talk to many coaches and choose one for their needs. I love TH.

The coaches and the app were great, until yesterday when I updated to the most recent version of Task Human and lost the ability to connect to my scheduled meetings. Calls don't connect and messages are pending delivery. The TH App team said Android 11 is the minimum-supported version in the new update, so I cannot use the app again until I change my device or upgrade. Would have hoped there was a way for the older Android version users to use the app. I cannot use the app anymore.

Trainers are amazing, but the app has a lot of audio and video issues. When I contacted support their response was that I should upgrade my operating system. I do a lot of video calls with other apps, and I don't have problems.

Great coaches on the platform. Love the concept. Faced issues with logins on android phone. I have two phones which I alternate, a company phone and a personal one. Occasionally when tried to log in through another phone, it's stuck at the "loading circle" screen. This caused disruptions to some of my sessions. You would think the flow is seamless from login to joining a session, but not for this app

Poor quality of vid presentations by coaches (in terms of light, studio setup, vid edition, etc.) Some read the text from a screen even... Connection is quite poor also. Couple of coaches either asked me to call back in 2-3 hours (though, their availability was "green point"), or simply dropped off a call. In addition, profile image much differs from what I see on a call. Thus, I expect to have really beautiful groomy coach behind a profile pic. And these are approved experts for this app?!
