Tavo – Restaurant Table Booking & Reservation Management
Tavo is a restaurant table booking application that allows customers to reserve tables and enables restaurants to manage their profiles, seating layouts, booking schedules, and reservations through a single mobile app.

Customers can browse available restaurants, select a table, choose a preferred date and time, specify the party size, and create reservations. Restaurants can manage their booking availability, organize seating arrangements, and view reservations made for their business.

Account
To use Tavo, users create an account using an email address. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. User passwords are not stored in plain text by Tavo.

Restaurant accounts can manage restaurant details such as:

Address
Phone number
Email address
Booking schedule
Table and seating layouts
Customer accounts can make reservations using their registered account.

Booking Information
When a reservation is created, the app stores information required to manage the booking, including:

Restaurant selected
Table selected
Booking date
Booking time
Party size
Customer account identifier
Customer email address
Booking status
Restaurants can view reservation details for bookings made at their restaurant.

Notifications
Restaurant accounts may receive local notifications on their device when new reservations are created while the app is installed and able to receive updates.

Data and Privacy
Tavo collects only the information required to provide its booking and restaurant management features.

Information collected may include:

Email address
Account role (customer or restaurant)
Restaurant profile information
Booking information
Table and floor layout information
Booking schedules
App version
Basic device and diagnostic information
Crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics
Usage information through Firebase Analytics
Local application preferences stored on the device
If users contact support, the information provided in support requests, including email address and message content, may be used to respond to those requests.

Information Sharing
Tavo does not sell personal information.

Information is shared only as required to operate the application.

Customers can view restaurant information necessary for making reservations, including restaurant name, address, phone number, email address, and available table layouts.

Restaurants can view reservation information for bookings made at their own restaurant, including customer email address, party size, and booking details.

The app uses Google Firebase services, including:

Firebase Authentication
Cloud Firestore
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Remote Config
These services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or legal process or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users.

Data Storage
Account information, restaurant data, seating layouts, and reservation information are stored using Google Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to help protect stored information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
