I use this app regularly when I travel to Porto. App is intuitive and works well, I usually get a taxi within 5-7 m. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to let the taxi driver know what is the passenger's chosen payment method, before the driver accepts the ride. A couple of times I wanted to pay by card and the drivers were not aware because they said that information is only shown after they accept the ride and in a small corner of their screen. Apart from that, great service.

Exactly the same problem as Zara (won't send sms to confirm account) so apparently it has not been fixed for everyone UPDATE: App developer responded immediately! I can indeed log in now. Haven't booked a taxi yet, but if they respond anywhere near as quickly, this will be a great app :-)

This app was recommended to me in Azores. It was the worst taxi experience in my life. Unreliable order completion, ETA, payment calculation. Drivers, apparently, can cancel your order at will, and the admin can temp block you from making another order. I was left stranded 15 km away from the nearest town, as well as in downtown Ponta Delgado with a lot of groceries on a hot summer day. One driver told me outright to pay 20% more than the app showed, or he'll cancel.

Tried booking a taxi for the next morning, the booking confirmation says it's booked for the day I wanted but in the next month (Oct rather than Sept). Tried booking again to double-check the date, same thing in the booking window. Can't trust the taxi to actually arrive if the app can't even get the month correct so deleted the app. Waste of time.
