As long as Curb operates in a city like DC (but not others), it's become almost as reliable as Uber and Lyft. It was buggier in the earlier years. I prefer giving my ride business to people that made an intention career decision to be a professional taxi driver.

This app doesn't allow you to paste a password from a password manager when creating an account. For that reason alone, I just deleted the app and did not bother setting up an account

Ok...so a lyft driver informed me of another rideshare app called empower for half the price of lyft. Curb and uber...they also start you off with $10...it's the best... I'm never turning back. Thank me later💋

If you are at a popular event don't even try. The curb driver will pick up another fare and can cancel on you with no penalty BUT if you find a cab quicker and cancel your ride they will charge you a $3.00 penalty
