The service was great, the taxi came fast when I used the app on the old phone. The problem is that that app doesn't work on my new android phone. I set up a route and press "confirm" and nothing happens. Checked all the permissions but it didn't help. Is there any way to get support advice?

Criminally bad. The Pan taxi drivers would let a woman in labor die on the sidewalk just to keep their cars clean. Two taxi drivers in Novi Sad didn't pick me up because one item didn't fit in the booth, and I suggested it can go in the back of the car. License plate NS 3909 TX threatened me. Called another Pan taxi driver, license plate NS 4622 TX, who also became hysterical and then got physically violent with me and threatened to break my phone. Installed app and called taxi service to pick me up on known popular destination called SKCNS Fabrika. Got reply, taxi is on the way ETA 2 min. After 15 minutes I got info from the app that taxi couldn't find me on pick me up location and call is canceled. Parking in front of Fabrika were empty with almost no people around, It was late night. Somehow my prepaid credit got charged for 1000 RSD. I don't know is this charge related, but I'll pick another taxi service next time I need taxi.
