Been using it a lot recently and have noticed great improvement in app and drivers as well! One star minus though due to the complexity of payment by card; not seamless and requires the user to remember the CVC each time.

Works really well. Not too difficult to use. I like that it gives you a xgoice of drivers and the type of car each one has. That's helpful especially when you have luggage and larger purchases.

On 18/6/26 tried to get a taxi from 3 different locations, no driver was found, after searching for a while. Total disappointment!

Thieves!!! Be careful. When asking for a taxi through a hotel reception ask specifically. NOT with taxiplon. They overcharge you 3 euros AFTER the ride (obviously to pay miza to the reception employee). If asked to pay the surcharge DO NOT pay it.

Do not download this app. Do not use the company, like, ever. Appointments are a joke, they don't inform you about anything. They call for a TAXI 10-15min before the appointment time, and either they find a ride or not you'll never hear a thing from them. You'll just be left waiting for your taxi. You end up missing your flight or meeting just because they are incompetent at arranging simple stuff. Also, they promise payment by card, but all of a sudden no driver has a POS to charge you. FAIL
