I have had great experiences at Bank always very helpful

I guess voicing your concerns does help! If last gave this app 1 🌟, due to it constantly being disabled and having to re-download. But since they have fixed issues and changed the format, I am very happy with it. They finally caught up with other banking apps and give you a running balance. Which is very helpful. This new version is very easy to navigate as well...

Suddenly I am forced to re-authenticate every single time I log in. VERY inconvenient. PLEASE FIX!! It seems like this has been broken for years. Why isn't anyone fixing it???? Almost enough to make me switch banks.

The app has worked sometimes for years. Some recent "update" has completely broken it. When I open the app I am instructed to go to the app store to update, but no update is available. App is now completely broken for me.
