★★★★★ Love using the Citizen's Bank app and I really love the fact that it's so accurate with real time info on your account balance and transactions. The other feature that makes me love this app is being able to pay any of my loan payments directly through the app.

★★★★★ My 1st bank account in 20 years. The staff is amazing. I visited multiple locations. I prefer N. Mrytle Beach for all my transactions. The staff is always available, helpful, understanding. Take the time to listen and go beyond their means to find a solution that everyone agrees upon never leaving you feeling disappointed. I highly recommend The Citizens Bank to everyone.

★★☆☆☆ Very finicky, you have to take multiple pics of the check. It also takes a long time for the deposit to actually go into the bank.
