I like the device and app. They work very well. Knocked off a star because they do not know how to write for their audience. There is a lot of info, that would be good to know, missing from the User Manual. Tech Support emails are answered quickly, but very succinctly. Often they link a web page for more info, but when you visit that page the info either isn't there or, again, is not written with the audience in mind. I define the audience as users who don't have a detailed working knowledge of the device & app.

I had a Tcheck2 and traded in for the Tcheck3 plus money. Very accurate and really helpful for me to know what the thc levels are.

The device probably works only on isolated THC concentrates, which is impossible to do for most home users - isolating THC is difficult lab procedure. The device shows nonsense, possibly due to interaction with some other substances, usually the figures are so high, that the amount of THC is higher than the amount of all the specimen/concentrate. Also, the device shows THC in ethanol/isopropanol extract of tea and several types of spices, which is also a nonsense. I initiated a refund procedure, and the manufacturer refunded me only partially. Absolutely not recommend. I am a doctor and know the meaning of proper dosing of medicines. This device will not help you to do it properly, also, you may overdose if you trust the device. The manufacturer either must mention, that the device is working only on isolated THC, which makes the device surely not for home use, or change THC detection methodics, which suite typical home user and produce predictable result.

I've not been able to test anything without getting an "over" reading. I've diluted the test sample 5 times and still get "over". Check sucks for the money spent.
