Kid totaled MT46 months ago, but somehow it worked until yesterday. No phone ever would work in that state. Bought a cheaper watch, returned it and bought Move time MT48 yesterday. The cheaper watch was great, but its app was terrible. Did a research and, at least for Serbia, TCL is IT because this app actually works. Others just - don't. This one shows precisely where my kid is, family members can also use the app, chat, voice msgs, calls, video calls... It has it all. And the new watch rocks!

Is it possible for both parents to have administrator accounts with the same permissions? We would like both parents to: see all contacts on the child’s watch, manage settings, and allow or restrict certain features for the child equally. At the moment, it seems only one parent has full admin access while the other has limited permissions. Is there a way to enable full admin rights for both parents?

It is very good app with a lot of functions. Working flawlessly, we have two watches connected, we can track them independently, we can assign profile picture for each of them. Also for every contact in their notebook as well, so they can see it on their watches. Location is precise, notifications are on time and very informative. Video call working without the issue. This is much better than Canyon app.

App worked ok for a year. With the last update, lost the paired watch, but I can still recive details about it-battery % and number of steps. Tried to reinstall, clear cashe, update, add watch again (only gives info that the watch is already paired)... Editing-the watch is back...so it's going back to 4 stars

Don't buy the watch, the app is trash. There are notifications that appear continuously, and then I cannot press any button to answer the call. Also, on my phone, if I am called, I cannot directly answer, I have to unlock the phone, go to the app, select the watch, enter the menu, from there answer the phone, all these actions take to long, and I rarely have time to answer before the call is dropped.

Airplane Mode approval is not working on TCL Connect 3.4.0 with my MT48X. It worked correctly on August 18, before the latest app update. Now, when my child tries to enable Airplane Mode, I receive the notification saying that the watch needs my consent. However, tapping the notification only opens the main Location screen in TCL Connect, and there is no option anywhere to approve the request. Airplane Mode is already enabled under User Permission. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
