Is it possible for both parents to have administrator accounts with the same permissions? We would like both parents to: see all contacts on the child’s watch, manage settings, and allow or restrict certain features for the child equally. At the moment, it seems only one parent has full admin access while the other has limited permissions. Is there a way to enable full admin rights for both parents?

It is very good app with a lot of functions. Working flawlessly, we have two watches connected, we can track them independently, we can assign profile picture for each of them. Also for every contact in their notebook as well, so they can see it on their watches. Location is precise, notifications are on time and very informative. Video call working without the issue. This is much better than Canyon app.

One of worst app ever. Watch also. For some contacts can make phone calls, some not. Can't delete contact added by shaking, etc....

Positioning is inaccurate, notifications arrive with 15+ minutes delay, sends notification that watch has left the safe zone when it has not even moved, video calls often do not even work... Way too many faults for something that people expect to be accurate and up to date.

I cannot see my kid's watch anymore in the app even if I'm receiving notifications from it. When I open the app there is no device there.Also, if I try to add again the watch 40 using the qr code or ime code, I get an error as the watch is bound

This stupid app has killed a great product. The new watches cannot be paired to the phone, and there is no support from TCL. Complete joke.
