Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a TCL 18T3 Pro 11 air conditioner and successfully connected it to the TCL Home App. However, I am unable to find the electricity consumption or energy monitoring option in the application. As per the information available, the TCL Home App should provide detailed information regarding the AC performance and power consumption. Kindly advise why this feature is not available on my device and whether any firmware update or configuration is required to enable

Severally disappointed I bought this brand because it claims to connect to the app, and you can program it. I've tried for 2 summers now thinking this company would perhaps put out an update, but no the ac unit absolutely will not connect to the app. Im very disappointed for the money spent. The only reason I bought this brand was for the programmable features which do not work. I've got the ac unit in cf mode, and im on the 2.4g network but the app cannot find it. Im rather disappointed
