App works ok, when it works. But lately I'm without service because it will not let me pay my phone bill. Iv tried and tried. Iv chatted and chatted and not one of them can help me ir even offer to make a payment. Iv fell asleep waiting on chat to come on board. Yes it's a great phone service if they will let you pay your bill. But now I'm stuck without service and looks like I'm going to have to find another carrier because I don't ever want to go thoughts frustration again.
