Redundant app. Why not use 3rd party ones like Google authenticator? Buggy as hell. Often refuses text input on PIN field. Plus there is also TD authenticator. Why?!? Just kill this please and use an open model.

Such a pain - The app will just not recognize that you're trying to type... have to open and close multiple times before it will allow me to type. I use it multiple times a day for work and usually takes about 3-5 additional minutes just to get it to respond. I have a Google Pixel, my co-workers on apple don't have this issue.
