Many people dislike this app as each time an update arrives it won't work with their device. Last week, I was at TDI Tuning, told them whilst in the waiting room about the reviews and the person replied you need to disconnect the app from the device, add it again, so it works correctly again. I hope this review helps people so not to phone TDI and ask the same questioned answered above. I don't have any issues whatsoever. Works perfectly for me.

Bluetooth didn't connect at first. Was contacted twice by Steve at TDI Tuning himself to rectify the issue. Ended up going down to their office. Issue resolved. Great customer service. Amazing lads. If you box doesn't connect don't hesitate to give TDI Tuning a call.

(MY CAR : 2024 HYUNDAI SANTA CRUZ) my experience: I got the app for the tdi tuning box & once installed I noticed a good difference in power, I drove the car about 300 km with the box until my engine started rattling like crazy & idling horribly. & then an orange check engine (cyl 2 miss fire) . I took the box off, NO engine rattle at speeds, but I still got a very rough idle, now who knows the damages there cheap product has caused my DAILY vehicle. STAY AWAY.

90% of the time it doesn't connect, ended up having to jump out in the rain to adjust it under thr bonnet on the device Edit. Unfortunately I can't get it to connect at all. Pretty unacceptable for an expensive optional extra. The product itself is great, but I think I'll advise people stay clear of the Bluetooth option as I feel pretty scammed out of the extra money. Update. Dino showed it wasn't even doing anything, app never once connected. Paid for a remap instead, huge difference

New Google Pixel 8 phone. Continually fails to connect via Bluetooth. Yet, older Pixel 5 has no issues. No app updates since 2022 which is nearly 1 year before the Pixel 8 was released. Customer service is USELESS. VERY POOR.
