I have two versions of this game now on my phone And everytime I go to open it ever since I updated tells me I don't have game content can't be found please download. So I go to the game store both games tell me to open it up. Then it repeats and said look there's a new version of the game but lucky you you have the version already please open then it doesn't because it tells me the game content can't be found please fix this

Start over? What happened to my account? I factory reset my phone and when I download the game my acct is lost all that building my defences for days wasted I need my acct. Back don't want to start over. That's BS. My boom Beach acct. Went perfectly fine and this one doesn't. Fix it pls.
