Throughout your subscription, you'll also have access to a direct chat with the coach, with video and voice message features included.

How Does the Team Transformerz Coaching: Diet & Training Work? - Based on your information and fitness goals we are going to create a strategy, regarding both nutrition and training; - You can choose to start by following a meal plan made by our team; - Then we are going to help you and teach you how to track your calories with our app (if needed); - You can count calories within the app, using our food database, or you can add your own foods to the database; - Every week, we are going to evaluate you progress and adjust (if needed) our recommendations regarding your nutrition and training strategy. - Now you have everything you need to achieve your body recomposition goals!
