Teambuildr is easy to use and navigate, and is a perfect hub for your workouts and drills. You can edit the weight and reps that your coach or trainer puts. You can opt out of workouts if you physically can't do it. And it's relatively easy to check your prs.

This app is set up nearly perfectly, you can edit every session provided with your weight/reps, you can opt out and change an exercise if can't do it due to an injury, you can write any notes in the journal, you can get your trainer to change exercises, and you can go back and check your previous sessions. The only thing I would like to see changed is if the app could identify what you did the previous session/week, that way you didn't have to scroll back and check. Overall we love this app.

It's I credibly painful to edit provided workouts based on limited resources or not aligning to alternate training plans. Names for exercises are nonsensical, which would be fine, if they presented documentation for how to perform exercises if they're not going to provide a video. Sequence of exercises is allover the place, so you have to drag equipment around a gym in order to accomplish the superset workouts. Even the coaches find the app painful to add modifications.

This app is freezing and glitchy. Many times I cannot load the workout information input by my son's coaches. Not very user-friendly, either. Have to do a lot of clicking for information.

The app constantly crashes and fails to record my inputted weights. Sometimes, the workouts posted by my coach don't show up and the only fix is to uninstall and re-install the app.
