The concept of the app and what it tries to achieve is great, but the execution is lacking. You could do with recruiting technical staff specifically for app design or maybe even just pay a fee for somebody to overhaul the software and solve the bugs. For example, somebody has just replied to my message on a chat, but the chat won't let me scroll down far enough to read the message. Why have a chat feature if you can't read messages. Happy to upgrade my review to 5 stars if glitches are resolved

I'm surprised by the number of negative views of this app. Having switched over from Pitcher this year, many of our members have commented on how much more user-friendly it is. It has its faults like all apps of this nature, but on the whole it has been great for our club. One issue is that clicking on a notification doesn't direct you to the message or alert concerned, just opens the app - people have found it hard to find the corresponding message. I'd have thought it would be an easy fix.

It's hard to imagine something grottier than Pitcher but here it is. Vanishing messages, baffling navigation; an app uninstall and reinstall tends to fix the problems for a few days then they all come back. But hey it's free to use and the few ads it shows aren't intrusive.

Good for team selection but terrible for chat. The app continuously posts notifications about read messages. New messages don’t appear in the chat window. Support chat is very slow and not very helpful.

First day of season, new look Teamo - tried entering results and doing match report about 10 times, and it doesn't save. Other captains in the club having sane problems. Appalling app. 0 stars really.
