I just want to give a big shout-out to the coaches and big thanks to Coach Collins who was working very hard in every practice and helping the boys to work hard. It was the first time for my son in soccer he enjoyed it very much, and we are very excited for the next season

If you're having problems seeing your team, as I did, check the team visibility tab then the hidden tab under that to make sure your team didn't get accidentally hidden. Otherwise, the app works well and provides a good way to keep up with team events and information.

Being able to communicate with the team is a huge highlight. I also enjoy the simplicity, while Team Sideline still offers a number of helpful features. Very user-friendly.

This app needs a lot of work. For the past 2 seasons, I've had parents tell me they don't get the notifications, there's always an error when trying to view them, and having to force close in order to see new messages. I'm unable to send timely messages to the team if there are cancelations or change in venue. That's a big problem! This was what was told for us coaches to use in this league, but I need something more reliable. The online, desktop version is great. It only lacks messages.

Not sure if it's just me, but I never receive any notifications of new messages, so I never have a clue when someone leaves messages in the chat groups and there is nothing in the settings regarding notification settings. I'm not a fan of this app.

Administration of umpires is horrific. The process to get to the point where umpires can actually see games in the app is a nightmare and there seems to be no easy way to diagnose why umpires are unable to see games for assignment. Umpires are in the system, games are in the system, games are published, umpires are approved for ages, game type, etc., no restrictions are in place for umpires, but they still can't see games and there is no way to tell why. Terrible documentation too. Frustrating

New messages from coach aren't loading have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck makes it difficult to communicate and know what's going on, initially worked no problem
