Doesn't work in new Samsung devices with One UI 7.0 running on Android 15. TV customer service claimed that device needs to have knox installed in it without knowing that it is a built-in app in ALL Samsung devices. This company's service has been great in the past but now apparently falling apart as Android is progressing and eventually will become useless for future devices if effort not given to update it with the evolution of the OS it is running on.

Android 15 Samsung UI 7 this app is pointless. Still need to wait for family members to click on start. Not workable when elderly person is not tech-savvy. Or when you need to remote control to open a phone call. Used to work fine.
