Since most recent update, top of screen remains bright white eliminating capability of seeing clock/notifications. Bottom of screen also remain bright white with soft keys locked. Sent developer email and received "undeliverable" response.

Been using Tekion for 2.5 years and using the app on a work iPhone to scan in my orders. When we first went live with Tekion there was only an app for iPhone and I was very disappointed as an Android user. Just found the Android app, and I am so thrilled to not have to carry 2 phones in the warehouse any longer. The app seems to run smoothly and presents better on my Pixel 7 than on the iPhone 12 that I have been using. I can't get the help icon to hide, it's just always in the way.

Really no complaints until the recent update. Since the update on Nov. 10th the app will constantly force close. Takes about 10 attempts before you can even finish the walk around inspection. It makes it very frustrating while you have the customer waiting at your desk. Also, I am not a big fan of how the camera vin scan has changed, it hardly works anymore.

Not too fond of the app at all. No matter how long a video of a vehicle is, it automatically converts it to a link that majority of my customers can't open. If one customer has multiple tasks, you can't clear it by simply doing one task. So if a cust bought a vehicle on his birthday, he'd get an anniversary and birthday task, so you kill 2 birds with 1 call, but not with tekion. You can't send mass emails, every day there's an update, but nothings updated. This app feels really rushed.
