TekkyTouch: Netball Drills

Stop going to the court or the garden just to practise aimlessly.

TekkyTouch gives netball players structured solo drills built around your position and the space you actually have. Sharpen your footwork, your hand-eye coordination and your passing accuracy — with nobody else there.

What you get
• Position-specific drills — training matched to your position, whether you're GS, C, GK or anywhere between.
• Footwork and agility work — cone and movement routines sized to your court or your garden.
• Passing and reaction drills — wall-pass sequences, ball handling and reaction work to keep your hands sharp.
• Weekly training plans — a structured week instead of guessing what to work on.
• Streaks, XP and ranks — earn XP every session, keep your daily streak alive, climb from Bronze to Legend.

Netball first, not netball only
