I used this service twice, it is easy. It is good for dial in patients like walk in to any hospital. Just call them, and they direct you to any available doctor. I don't know how can I take prior appointment with a particular specialist.

A good hospital but the doctors are rude, doctors are lost they always complain about their own system, and they struggle to find the reports from their own system under other doctors within the same hospital. The pharmacy is pathetic, 4 pharmacist available but arabic customers are given priority, and they can jump any queue whereas others are waiting. Even when the number comes, you still have to wait for another half hour to be served because in between an Arabic customer would come.

Unreliable piece of garbage. Medicare should abandon it for a homing pigeon system... They will at least get something functional to display to their customers.
