It works great now. All you have to do is click 3 times during the day for 5 days, and they remind you when it is time. Love the way they changed it and love the rewards. Thank you for the updates and improvements. I really appreciate being able to work with this now and earn rewards

This App used to be good! But it has seriously become trash! I am going on 3 months now that they have not compensated me absolutely nothing but have continued to collect my data. They are aware of the problem because I have repeatedly reported the issue that the meter says 6 days every day and never changes, but the only reply I get is the same generic automated response over and over and never do they fix the issue or compensate me the money that I am owed by this company! So Ridiculous.

Jan. 25, 2026: for a few months, in order to get the daily credit, I have to click "Upload Now" during the day. I have had to make sure that I see the message "You have reached your Telefax for the day." otherwise, I wouldn't get that day's credit. If I don't see the above message quite late in the day, I have to go to Settings → Apps → Storage → Clear data, on opening the Telefax app again, you would see the above-mentioned daily credit message though the old messages would be all gone.

Checked that meter was on, every day which it was. Mysteriously as I got within 4 hours of getting incentive, that day showed up as I was not on my phone at all which I am every day. This is done on purpose, so they can claim you don't have your meter on seven days in a row, therefore no incentive, but they are still gathering all your data and info. Lame for 1.00 and scam. Edit...9/2025....the only way I get the app to work is to turn my phone off, then back on. A lot of effort for little payout
