They helped me solve my issue right away. I used this app for a speech for a class I am taking. It worked great. Quality was good when I saved it to google drive. User experience is good. I like that you can adjust the speed. Overall a great experience.

★★☆☆☆ The product is a scam. Purchased the AI subscription, and yet I cannot use your basic and primary service which is recording a video. Every time I click record the application stops. I don't know if this intentional, but I WARN OTHER PEOPLE TO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION FROM THEM.

★★☆☆☆ I clicked on the free trial by accident and the developer automatically charged me for an annual fee of $87.19. I don't use this app. I contacted Google and left a previous review here. It has been less than 24 hours. I want to be refunded my money immediately! I did not exceed the 3-day free trial. I couldn't get past that window. I am deserving of a refund. On top of that, the 1 recording I did before I realized I was charged was of the poorest quality. Please refund my money!
