Description

aText-TV brings teletext pages from Europe's public and commercial broadcasters
to your pocket – the app has been serving its users for 16 years. It fetches
pages directly from the broadcasters' own servers and displays them in the
traditional, fast-to-browse teletext view, where links can be tapped straight
from the page image.

A MAJOR TECHNICAL OVERHAUL

The app has undergone a thorough technical overhaul: the code has been
rewritten with modern tools, and features such as settings, channel selection,
and page caching now run on a more reliable and durable foundation.

Because of this overhaul, old bookmarks unfortunately won't carry over
automatically into this update – we apologize for the inconvenience. The good
news is that, thanks to the overhaul, bookmarks will never be lost in future
updates again: they are now stored in a way that survives the app's ongoing
development.

Recent changes:
Zoom has been changed to 0-100% where 0% is the original size from web and 100% fills the whole page. Also small fix for Yle teletext so the first link on the sports page index works now. Also small font fixes.

With Galaxy S23 and latest One UI 6 update clicking the page number (pencil icon) does no longer open keyboard. You have to click once extra on the page number box that popped up to get the keyboard.

YLE plain text disappeared with the update. I've been using this for so many years but the only available font now looks awful. Edit: Thank you for the update! Now looks simple and great again.

Nice, but Now the ads are too big, These are overlapping the pages. Therefore a part of the pages are not readable, the solution is to resize them as they were before.
