Worst customer service experience, they don't want to process a full refund and the mistake is not mine, they couldn't meet the agreement clauses. Edited: I have contacted the customer service WhatsApp but all I got was this is the policy with no reasonable understanding of the situation nor having the courtesy of calling. Saying calling is again policy.

Just 4 hours before pickup they canceled. They say my license is expiring in 6 months, so we are cancelling. I only meet the car for 2 days. Worst experience. And I had advanced booking and my money is not back yet

Not good experience. I thought they own cars, but they are middle to man. There was issue with the system of car company. He delayed till end and i couldn't book the car and now Telgani takes all money without the car company guy helping or communicating with telgani nor suggesting me to do so. Telgani said car is confirmed but due to system or iqama issue how can they say its confirmed? Never going to use third party apps.
