That's being generous. This website is a total disaster for years. I can't log in, I can't view my bill, and I can't make a payment without running into issues. Basic account management should not be this difficult. If you value your customers' time, fix your platform.

I am constantly losing internet access, they cannot fix it through chat for phone calls. I am constantly having to go down to the office and request a service person to come out and repair it.
