Generally Good Service by the Telstra representatives, However the setting up of Telstra Air as the backup for Internet connection was a little confusing. I waited 6 weeks to finally get Telstra to ascertain whose responsibility it was to fix the problem. It took two Telstra representatives to come out and tell me it was the NBN Responsibility to fix, SO two days later and I received a visit from a very nice technìcian who finally got me recon.

Since Telstra won't answer my calls I thought maybe this app could get me access to my router which has decided no one can log in. But this app can't even talk to the router, so all its functionality is useless. Useless app for useless router from useless company. Don't bother.

Inability to control individual devices internet access makes the parental controls rubbish on this app.

Home screen continually crashes. Only installed because I needed to change my wifi channel. Telstra web instructions suggested I download the Home Dashboard app go to "Support" and select "Wifi Quick Guides". Low and behold, they're not there. Can't find them anywhere. Wonder if the person who wrote the web instructions actually opened the app? Between the crashing and the incongruous instructions, the app is useless.
