★★★★★ Why are there four stars? Because, while I think it's a terrific platform for watching movies with friends and family, I believe there are a few issues I've encountered when using it. It keeps logging me out, but that isn't the main issue; the main issue is that some of the movies and TV series aren't displayed in the app. As a result, it would be fantastic if Telstra TV could add additional films.

★★☆☆☆ It's telling me to update. I click update, and then it says there is no update and won't let me use the app.

★★☆☆☆ In private listening using this app has a ridiculous lag that makes it unusable. And it regularly disconnects, so I have to disable and re-enable private listening. And no, Telstra admin, this is not a Bluetooth issue with my phone, it's the app.

★★☆☆☆ I will never use this service again. Selected and paid for a movie, but due to all the limitations, have no way of watching it. No Chromecast support in the app, wouldn't log me in on my tv connected device, and can't view movies through the browser. Total waste of time. Purchased the same movie though another provider at half the cost, and was viewing within two minutes...

★★☆☆☆ I've given this a 1-star rating, it's actually reasonably great but THIS APP CAN NOT MAINTAIN A LINK FOR PRIVATE LISTENING VIA WIRELESS HEADPHONES, EAR BUDS ETC, disconnecting aftr 10-20 min. In 10 years+ of use this issue hasn't been resolved. I've had several generations of the app, for use with several generations of Telstra TV's & multiple generations of Samsung Galaxy (S3, S5, S6, A51, S9 Plus, S22 ultra). It's been an unresolved issue with all of them. This apparent apathy warrants 1 star.
