I received my Temi about a week ago, and it does everything as described. I use it at my retail store where I used to work with my Dad every day before he reluctantly retired. He is in a different city now but really misses working and being at the store. Now that we have Temi, he can video chat and drive Temi around the store and feel like he's closer to us. He doesn't need to manually drive the robot around, instead he just clicks on the preset locations and Temi drives him to that location. A++

Thanks guys. Great to be able to do Telepresence through my Robot (and also via Hololens 2. But that's a whole other thing) PS. I didn't mind the old telepresence UI too much - it worked. But the new one is a vast improvement.

Waiting on the Temi robot I ordered in November. I decided to download the App and explore it in the meantime, but it crashes the second I open it. Please fix... if the app isn't stable or working, then how great is the software programmed into the Robot??? Makes me worry if I just wasted $1,500.

The app is worthless for Androids. We have a robot we use for remote employees to join in our meetings. I attempted to download the app, so I can try and connect to the robot to see what our remote employees experience and the tool doesn't connect to contacts and there's no way to direct connect to a number, only import contacts. And if that feature isn't working, which it isn't, it cannot be used. I've been working with support and no one can figure out how to get my contacts working. Sad app
