The checkout process was clumsy and really quite annoying. No autofill for CC, you change screens to read a discount code and going back to the app was clunky and time-consuming. Very poor checkout process, especially compared to most other sites.

So your customer service team seem to have single digit IQ . Today I was asked to return a whole play center because of fault 1 and 2. Fault 1, frayd swing rope, fault 2, replacement swing too long (even when shortened) for the play center. The dude couldn't understand when I told him to send someone to dismantle and box up... dude created a case escalate to the internal team.
