Excellent App! No problems except 1. A creditor charged me a late fee. When I looked at the date the check was sent, it was sent way before it was scheduled payment. I will follow up. I've been using auto-pay for years with no issues except for this one creditor. This is twice it's happened.

This is the worst app I have. It takes forever to open, and you never know if it will. There will be a notification of holidays or closings, but will not give a notice of the app being down. I like using apps, but this one is the worst.

Hard to navigate. I was charged a late fee for an auto loan because the electronic transfer had an error. TCU never notified me. I will be refinancing my auto loan with Navy Federal.

I have been having this account for over 5 years and its saying that the account number is invalid! This app is horrible, I miss the option of just logging in on the website. I just want to check my balance!

This redesign is awful. Can't check your available balance at a glance, only shows total without subtracting pending. Have to log in to even see your pending balance and the app is much, MUCH slower than the previous version. You must change it to show pending vs total and optimize it to not be so slow. The last version was perfect, don't fix what isn't broken. I'd give the previous version 5 stars.
